The legacy of Obama continues to look worse and worse.
It wasn’t enough that the Obama administration endorsed the highly secretive nuclear deal with Iran, releasing up to 150 billion dollars to the terrorist state, and “paid Iran more than $10 billion in gold, cash, and other assets since 2013″ in backroom deals. Nor was it enough that Obama hosted a “pro-Tehran lobbyist” at the White House numerous times. Now there’s much more:
Team Obama overruled veteran prosecutors to free seven Iranians, claiming publicly they’d merely violated economic sanctions. In fact, they were charged with posing threats to US national security as part of a weapons procurement ring……More, the administration also dropped charges against 14 fugitives involved in smuggling sophisticated weapons to Iran and its terrorist subsidiaries.
Nothing could stop Obama from appeasing Iran, no matter what the cost to American national security and to the American taxpayer, and here was the reason the Obama White House gave for doing so:
Before this agreement, Iran’s breakout time — or the time it would have taken for Iran to gather enough fissile material to build a weapon — was only two to three months. Today, because of the Iran deal, it would take Iran 12 months or more.
All based on trust in Iran, with no assurances, no proof. Meanwhile, an American navy destroyer just had yet “another close encounter with an Iranian Revolutionary Guard fast attack craft in the Persian Gulf.”
According to the U.S. military, Iran harassed U.S. Navy warships through “unprofessional” interactions at least 35 times in 2016, a jump of more than 50 percent from the previous year.
Iran owes much gratitude to Barack Obama for helping to turn it from a “pariah state to regional power,” using every dirty means possible behind the backs of Americans.
“Guess what else Obama gave away in the Iran deal?”, New York Post, April 24, 2017:
If you thought you’d already heard the worst about what the Obama administration gave away in order to conclude its nuclear deal with Iran, guess again.
In a blockbuster exposé, Politico’s Josh Meyer reports that Team Obama overruled veteran prosecutors to free seven Iranians, claiming publicly they’d merely violated economic sanctions. In fact, they were charged with posing threats to US national security as part of a weapons procurement ring…
